A tree trimmer is working for a farmer on his first apple tree and noticed a few bad apples. He takes them off the farmers tree and disposes of them. A while later while doing the same... he notices some more and removes them. Only this time someone sees the tree trimmer with a couple of the apples and asks to buy them from the tree trimmer. He thinks sure... they are bad apples why not. This repeats A few times and ea time the tree trimmer sells the apples to this person. After awhile the farmer has some more trees and the amount of bad apples increases. But so does the number of people buying these bad apples from the tree trimmer. Seeing he is making a profit off of something he's doing..... he doesn't want it to stop and assures the farmer he is not selling these bad apples for extra cash. In the meantime the tree trimmer encourages the farmer to tell other farmers about his work and his business grows. Along the way the tree trimmer gets an idea. He'll influence all these farmers that they shouldnt have all these apples. The cost of raising all the trees... the water... the care... the marketing. He'll just take some of the apples and ease their burden. Assuring each farmer that he's disposing of the apples or using them himself....
You see... by someone buying the tree trimmers extra apples... the tree trimmer was not only incentivised to steal otherwise healthy apples..... he also began to lie and influence and steal from the farmers in order to make more profits for himself. A neighbor next door notices what the tree trimmer is doing and video tapes the tree trimmer selling those apples to these buyers and reports him for the sake of those farmers. The neighbor is then arrested for violating others rights by being filmed.
