As detailed herein, the evidence suggests proposed subjects attempted to overturn the election
results by conspiring to submit allegedly fraudulent elector certificates
and attempting to convince Vice President Michael Pence (Pence) to rely
on the allegedly fraudulent certificates of electors on January 6, 2021,
during a Joint Session of Congress.
