Iranian media assessed that South Korea is making notable efforts to carefully balance between U.S. pressure and maintaining relations with Iran in the aftermath of the war. Iran’s semi-official Mehr News Agency published an editorial titled “Strategic Review of South Korea’s Actions During the Iran War” on the 29th of last month, stating, “In this crisis, unlike some Western allies of the U.S., South Korea did not limit itself to political statements but implemented a series of practical measures and sent political signals.”
