My friend said the National Weather Service new ahead of time and downplayed he seriousness of the flooding. THy knew well in advance.

Regarding letting farmers vet illegals, nopers. The last time I was in Mexico, a person in a store there told me they were buying up land in America for water rights, not realizing that water rights are sold separately. Also a farmer here told me that Russia Cartels own potato farms in central Colorado.

We need to sever any and all people or entities from owning land in America that are foreigners, foreign born, or foreign entities. ID must be required by all purchasing any land or property in America.

In speaking to my friend regarding the floods. It's a land grab. Most of those people don't have FLOOD INSURANCE. Everyone, anywhere near waterways needs to be buying flood insurance. Near as in 300 yards. She didn't think that would work. Then what will? What is the solution?
